fated to wither and fade in death
Life is a stream
that ebbs and flows with such tenacity
before it chokes in the pollution of the world
Life is a tree
reaching towards the heavens
only to fall short when its branches are cut
Life is a book
tantalizing and fascinating
until the end in which the reality of the world sets in
